Job Title: TILL MACHINE 2nd Helper
Department: Converting
Division: Gettysburg Distribution Center
Reports to: Converting Supervisor
FLSA Status: Hourly
Position Details:
Day Shift: Mon – Thurs 6AM-3PM; Friday 6AM-Noon
Starting hourly rate: $15/hr, with an increase to $16.40/hr once you have completed training and probationary period
90-day Probationary period
Limited Overtime
Activities include assisting operator and 1st helper of the till machine including:Setup, operation and clean up
Lift and place multiple folded and glued tills into bags and then bins for the duration of the shiftLift and place pallets weighing approximately 30 lbs. onto a conveyor track.Setup large Gaylord bins and keep up a steady pace of filling the bins with erected tills
Requirements:
Manufacturing experience preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to communicate & work well with others
Willingness to cross train in other positions
Ability to read, write and speak English
Compliance with all Company policies and procedures including safety and good housekeeping
Candidates must successfully complete an online Operations Test and Interview
