Partition / Assembler Assistant
Pay Rate :
$17.45 per hour
Category/Shift :
Hourly Full-Time (6am-2pm – Monday-Friday) some OT
Hourly Full-Time (2pm-10pm Monday-Friday) some OT

The Job You Will Perform:
Following all safety rules and practices
Reading factory work orders, print cards, and other documentation to learn customer requirements
Monitor and move stock through the production area
Identify stock and products that correspond to work orders
Perform assigned duties to insure production needs are met
Assisting other employees as needed
Accurately use tape measures and other measurement and test equipment
Inspect, count, stack, and unitize products according to customer specifications
Identify and separate non-conforming (reject) materials and products
Maintain work areas to plant standards of housekeeping
Maintain teamwork with machine crews and other employees
Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor
Learn all functions to operate machine in operator absence
The Skills You Will Bring:
Ability to lift at least 35 pounds
Ability to push stacks of corrugated sheets
Stand on concrete for 8 hours
Read tape measure and print cards for quality specifications
Be a team player
Ensure safety is a #1 priority
