We currently have an opening for a Corrugator Supervisor at the Cleveland (TN) Corrugated Plant. This facility manufactures packaging products for local and national customers.

The Corrugator Supervisor is a Front Line Leader for the Corrugated department responsible for the supervision, directing and leadership of all shift hourly employees in safety, quality, productivity and engagement to ensure goals are met. This position reports into the facility Manufacturing Manager.

The Corrugator Supervisor is responsible for safety training; accident investigation, managing work schedules, one on one counseling, and coaching employees to accomplish team goals and corrective actions to address problems.

3 + years in a supervisory capacity required.

Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is required.
