Clamp Truck Operator supply rolls from the warehouse to the wet end of the corrugator, unloads trailers and railcars, and maintains warehouse organization by ensuring rolls are scanned into proper bays.
Clamp Truck Operator Qualifications/Responsibilities
Follow all safety rules and practices
Read factory work orders lineup to ensure correct paper is supplied
Follow Special Procedures and Instructions (SPIs) to ensure proper adhesive is supplied to corrugator
Monitor the condition and maintenance needs of the equipment and keep maintenance and/or supervision informed of the equipment status
Maintain a clean and organized work and storage areas
Generate accurate records, including quality inspections, inventories, and other paperwork as needed
Ability to safely operate a forklift truck
Must be able to
Accurately read a measuring tape and ruler and use basic math
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervision
1 Year Manufacturing Experience Preferred
Forklift and Clamp Truck Experience Perferred
This is a Safety Sensiteive Position
