International Paper has an opening for an experienced electrician at our manufacturing facility in Lancaster, PA. This facility manufactures solid fiber products for local and national customers. Successful candidate must possess multi-trade skills in mechanical, electrical, programmable controls, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam systems, machine shop operations and welding. Must have the ability to trouble shoot and make necessary repairs. Candidates must have good mechanical aptitude, read electrical schematics, and strong problem solving skills. Experience with corrugating and converting equipment a plus. Qualifications for consideration are a high school degree (or equivalent experience), a minimum of 3 years of experience in related field. Must be willing to work, weekends and overtime as needed. Wage of $35.35/hr after a 90-day probation period. This is a 1st shift position, but must be willing to work weekends and overtime as needed. The hiring process will include a pre-employment aptitude test and team interview.
