Position Description:

The Corrugator Supervisor position at International Paper’s Lithonia Box Facility will be primarily responsible for performing a multitude of supervisory functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires supervisors who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a strong focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and engagement of crewmembers. Corrugator Supervisors report to the Corrugator Superintendent.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Following all safety rules and practices

  • Communicating with multiple departments

  • Training employees

  • Meeting targets

  • Resolving any issues on their shifts

  • Working as part of the facility team to continuously improve business processes

  • Maintaining teamwork with other associates

  • Maintaining excellent housekeeping and organization of work areas

  • Cross-training

  • Responsible for daily operations

  • Implementing and maintaining systems

  • Driving manufacturing improvements

  • Leading, coaching, motivating team to accomplish operational objectives


  • 3-5 years of experience in the packaging industry including experience with corrugation equipment and operations; experience in the manufacturing of graphic boxes preferred

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to perform the duties/responsibilities of the job with or without accommodation

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

  • Ability to learn, follow instructions, and ask questions

  • Effectively work as a member of a team
