International Paper-Magnolia Box will be taking applications for Maintenance Electrician position. Qualifications: High School/GED, must have 3 years industrial Electro-mechanical, Electrical and/or equivalent military experience. Responsibilities include, but not limited to repairing automated machinery in a production environment. Must be must be willing to work on all shifts including some weekends; must be able to periodically lift up to 40 pounds; must be able to stand for 8-12hour shift. You must supply and maintain all tools that are required in the performance of your job. Effective oral and written skills are necessary; Ability to be part of a multi-functional/multi-skilled maintenance organization with a willingness to flow to work as required by plant production priorities; Read Spec Sheets, drawings and Ladder Logic. Must have working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers, Servo and Frequency Drives; must successfully complete pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check.
