$130,000-$155,500

We are in search of an experienced leader with a strong financial and business acumen, an aptitude for technology, and the vision to see how a digital transformation will greatly benefit International Paper and Finance. The successful candidate should excel in navigating change management, have credibility within and outside the Finance community, and demonstrate a willingness to take calculated risks, learn from failures, and drive towards optimal solutions. Adaptability and persistence are key attributes for this role. The selected individual will be tasked with overseeing a team of Financial Technologists (including Analytics Developers and Data Products Analysts) who provide essential support to our various Finance departments.

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Explore, validate, and then analyze data across multiple data sources with a strong focus on data integrity.

  • Work with internal and external customers to provide analytic reporting to support the review of data products.

  • Develop audit solutions and analytic tools to streamline audit testing of the data product.

  • Create repeatable data analytics to support continuous monitoring programs.

  • Participate in the determination of project scope, requirements, and anticipated data sources.

  • Evaluate and communicate project results to report recipients and discuss opportunities for additional testing.

  • Responsible for managing the lifecycle of Data Products.

  • Deep business knowledge combined with an understanding of technical capabilities to drive successful data products.

  • Responsible for ensuring continued usage and feature prioritization based on customer feedback and usage.

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business/Data Analytics, or Information Systems is required.

  • Master’s in Business/Data Analytics or Business Administration is preferred.

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience within the Finance function including a mixture of business and staff group experience preferred.

  • Strong project management skills, experience leading teams, and working with various stakeholders on business and process improvement.
