The Job You Will Perform:
Apply expertise in human resources business processes to identify areas where value can be created
Ability to develop extensive working knowledge of the HR platform and how it relates to business processes in order to apply changes
Responsible for managing the day-to-day run support activities, including business-as-usual, enhancements, defect support and corrections using pre-delivered configuration
Provide end-to-end project management support for all human resource processes and projects. Including, but not limited to:
Development and management of comprehensive project plan covering all aspects of the project from scope definition, detailed design, configuration, testing, change management, etc. Management of RAID log and dashboard reporting to communicate project status to leaders
Providing solutions and/or mitigation plans for risks and issues identified during the project
Facilitate gathering project requirements, documenting and communicating those to others
Ability to concisely organize and disseminate information to project team members/leaders to aid in effective decision making
Align key stakeholders and facilitate decision making
Direct the analysis and develop proposed solutions for identified gaps, process inefficiencies and issues
Maintain effective communication with the leads from all areas assigned to the project
Build and maintain relationships with HR functional areas and other teams supporting the project
Understand and support HR governance structure, project delivery methodology, and change control processes, educating resources as necessary and ensuring alignment with HR strategy
Skilled in all phases of project delivery processes
Skilled in challenging data, information, processes, etc. in order to ensure seamless project execution

Understand how emerging/disruptive technologies can aid HR in meeting our HR strategic initiatives
Understand how agile project methods could enhance HR’s project execution to deliver a better end product and increase overall satisfaction
Managing multiple vendors at one time and holding them accountable to commitments to the business
The internal environment, including interaction with others, (both inside and outside the company) policies/practices:
Leading teams/projects/work efforts without direct reporting relationships
Building and maintaining relationships with various points of contact/management within Human Resources
Dealing with ambiguity and prioritizing initiatives and requests
Understanding enterprise-wide implications of the work being proposed/performed
Contributing to overall team success so that the team is viewed as a valuable partner
The work itself, e.g., problems, opportunities, change:
Collaborate with multiple Human Resource business groups, Information Technology, Finance, and 3rd party resources to build knowledge in order to deliver specific projects/initiatives
Responsible for ensuring projects/work streams are delivered on-time and within budget
Managing/working to support multiple initiatives and requests
The Skills You Will Bring:
In depth knowledge of HR processes and HR systems
Experience managing throughout the project lifecycle
Experience using an agile project methodology to increase speed and efficiency of project delivery
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver small to medium scale projects using structured design methodologies like the Project Delivery Process (PDP)
Ability to negotiate between HR Operations and other functions
5+ years of combined Human Resources and/or HR Information Technology experience
Functional expertise in HR HCM and/or Time System – Preferred
Experience deploying and/or managing an HCM/Payroll/Time Cloud Solution from a business/functional perspective – Preferred
Understanding of human resource processes and applications
A college degree(ex. Human Resources, Business, Technology) – Preferred
