With the expansion of SAP to all operating regions of the world and nearly doubling of the amount of employee information collected in the HR Business Warehouse database, it is necessary to increase the level of support provided to the HR community in meeting their reporting needs. Costs of inaccurate or inadequate data can be steep. Problems with data quality can result in tangible and intangible damage ranging from inaccurate forecasting, decision making, and ultimately possible loss of credibility in the eyes of the customer.

  • Reporting support

  • Customized or specialty reporting

  • Dashboard management, maintenance, and development

  • Providing deep-dive analysis and support to HR professionals

  • Improving/developing the processes, standards and a framework to ensure data consistency and integrity

  • Identify tools and best practices for data integration, analysis, and visualization

  • Implements methods to move quickly, prepare data and reports to reduce production final time

  • Identifying gaps and opportunities for improved data quality within HR master data and related HR systems.

  • Occasional Organizational Structure Management

  • Occasional transactional SAP entry


Researches and analyzes plan designs/provisions and benefits data/costs for reports, Process leaders for enterprise wide HR reporting and data analytics. Collaborates with customers to identify evolving needs and requirements, develop and sustain HR data analytics and metrics program implementation plan including:

  • EMEA - BOMC (Business Organizational Management Contact) SAP (20%)

  • Position Maintenance

  • Organizational Maintenance

  • Ad-hoc Reporting (20%)

  • Dashboard Development (20%)

  • Data Quality Management & Reporting (25%)

  • Project involvement for data & analytics SME (15%)


  • The external environment, including technology, competition, markets:

  • While the need for a stronger centralized reporting, data management and analytics is not new, establishing and implementing a formal structured approach will be an evolving discipline for the HR function. It will require the incumbent to develop relationships across the HR function allowing them the ability to influence without authority.

  • This individual will interact with many of the groups that will be affected by a central reporting and analytics function. They will spend much of their time communicating the benefits and obtaining buy-in as to its importance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, finance, social science, psychology, or another field that uses quantitative analysis (mathematics, engineering), or equivalent practical experience.

  • Proven experience in researching and defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions

  • Ability to work on multiple ongoing projects, with minimal oversight, documentation, and defined process.

  • Strong knowledge of HR Global tools such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Business Warehouse, LMS (Sum Total), workforce planning systems, Time & Attendance, and Payroll.

  • Combination of experience of 2 or more years in the below categories

  • Experience with statistics, visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, R, or Python.

  • Experience with strategic planning, HR or Financial planning experience.

  • Experience with SAP R/3, and other ERP systems and interfaces.


  • Master’s degree in human resources, economics, statistics, finance, social science, psychology, or another field that uses quantitative analysis (mathematics, engineering), or equivalent practical experience.

  • Multi-Lingual (European Languages)

  • Programming languages such as R, Python, VBA and or SQL.
