The FGO RTA Rebates & Commissions Converting Manager will have accountability of specific accounting functions for converting businesses and the on-going optimization & standardization of the Global Financial Model. The key customers include Converting Business Finance Directors/VPs, Facility Controllers, NAC Lead Controllers, NAC Region Controllers, NAC Commercial & Sales Strategy, NAC National Accounts, Business Analytics teams, Staff Finance teams, ect.

The Job You Will Perform:

The FGO RTA Rebates & Commissions Converting Manager will have the following key actions, outputs, deliverables, and accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the accounting and administrative support functions of 500+ NAC rebates & broker commissions programs with an annual payout value of $250MM.

  • Ensure transactions and accruals are recorded in compliance with GAAP and established accounting policies/conventions.

  • Conduct monthly business Rebate review meetings with National Accounts leadership and NAC Manager Business Analysis to discuss any material financial adjustments and customer contract changes.

  • Collaborate with the following areas of NAC: Finance leadership, National Accounts and Commercial & Sales Strategy teams to ensure finance controls are in place and adhered to for centralized accounting activities.

  • Responsible for managing work expectations of all NAC Rebates, Commissions & SCP work tasks performed by Capgemini. Work with Capgemini management to ensure all work processes are performed accurately and timely.

  • Provide support to NAC Finance Director & Manager Business Analysis with the monitoring of the NAC Division balance sheets.

  • Manage staff performance for five direct reports. This includes providing timely coaching, mentoring and feedback to promote continuous employee growth.

  • Develop and monitor processes to ensure that business requirements and reliable processes are in place.

  • Facilitate the end-to-end process improvement in the closing, review, reconciliation and reporting processes.

  • Accountable for all internal controls assigned to FGO including outsourced work.

  • Ensure the required internal controls are understood, in place and communicated to the business functions.

  • Determine staffing levels and qualifications.

  • Set, communicate and manage priorities.

  • Ensure measurements are in place to set targets and expectations.

  • Provide consistent communication on the alignment of work across the department.

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/ Accounting

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics

  • Willingness to champion continuous learning and deliberate improvement to build sustainable solution

  • Prefer working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI/Power Automate/Power Apps and Alteryx
