Sheet Plant Sales Representative –
We currently have an opening for a Sales Representative at our Minneapolis, MN corrugated sheet plant. This facility manufactures corrugated packaging products for local and national customers.
The position reports to the Plant General Manager and is responsible for developing and executing sales.
We are looking for experienced, motivated individuals who are capable of bringing new profitable local business to the Minneapolis sheet plant. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing timely feedback on the local market, customer and competitive activity influencing the local market, and assisting with the analysis of the current business conditions in the marketplace. Additionally, qualified candidates will utilize the available support resources to prioritize top strategic accounts in which to focus their targeted sales efforts. The successful candidate will do this by researching and identifying potential prospects and developing new sales based on customer value propositions.
This position prefers 2 – 4 years of sales and/or design experience in the corrugated industry as well as strong sales leadership and organizational skills. Preferred candidates would have experience in the MN market. Specific competencies include drive for results, organization, problem solving, integrity, priority settings, negotiating, action oriented, functional/technical skills, customer focus, and learning on the fly.
