PROCESS MANAGER – PAPER OMC
Description: This is a production management position reporting to the Paper Area Process Manager. The incumbent is responsible for the coordination of both daily and outage maintenance activities for the paper area and must interface frequently with the Maintenance Department. Expected to manage in a goal-oriented environment to deliver target results in the areas of safety, employee engagement, reliability, cost, quality, and productivity. Responsible for implementing reliability excellence initiatives such as work systems, precision maintenance, basic care, and RCFA.
Qualification: B.S. degree in Engineering or related field preferred but not required. 3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing, preferably in Paper operations. Must have strong leadership skills and a proven track record of improving employee engagement. Candidate must have completed the Front Line Leader modules and Certification, or be enrolled in the Front Line Leader course, with expected completion and certification within 12 months.
