Position Title:
Manufacturing Electrician
Pay Rate :
$39.04/hr (.33/hr shift differential when working night shift)
Sign-on Bonus :
$500 after 30 days,
$500 after 6 months,
$500 after 1 year
(Must meet eligibility requirements)
Category/Shift :
Hourly Full-Time
7pm-7am
Shift Rotation: Week 1 Mon, Wed, Thursday
Week 2 Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
Workweek runs Mon-Sunday

The Job You Will Perform:
Inspects, tests, repairs and maintains the electrical and instrumentation systems in a safe manner with and integrated box plant. Performs assignments requiring mechanical and electrical skills. Must be familiar with hydraulics and pneumatics. Must have expert mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience and proven ability of machine repair. Knowledge of AC and DC motors installation and repair. PLC troubleshooting and ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
Experience trouble shooting mechanical & Electrical systems
Able to install and set up both A/C and D/C drives
Working knowledge of A/C and D/C motors
PLC troubleshooting required,
Working Knowledge of Encoders and various types of sensors.
Ability to read both electrical and mechanical drawings
Working knowledge of pneumatics
Working knowledge of hydraulics
Knowledge and hands on experience with the following
Variable Frequency Drives
Human Interface Modules
High Voltage Electrical Switchgear
Motor Starters and Overloads
Responsibility
· Performs other duties as assigned.
· Completes preventative maintenance of scheduled machinery.
· Provide resolution to mechanical and electrical problems of machinery.
The Skills You Will Bring:
Education & Work Experience
Minimum 5 years in trouble shooting industrial electrical control systems down to component level
Must pass IP Required-AON Industrial Electrician Assessment with Recommended Status
Must possess one of the following:
*2 year degree in Electronics Engineering or comparable work experience.
*or Military equivalent training program
