Position Title:

Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate:

$23.13-$28.12/hr.

Strongly seeking candidates with Electric/PLC and millwright background

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Supervise employees in the daily production process, including training, directing and evaluating employee performance.

  • Lead and motivate employees by setting an example of positive behavior in Safety, Quality, and Job Performance.

  • Excellent teamwork and cooperation; must work independently as well as in a team setting. Willingness to be fully cross-trained in other technical areas of the facility.

  • Industrial Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic troubleshooting experience and repair

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Supervisory or leadership experience

  • Experience with predictive/preventative maintenance programs

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively

  • Ability to work rotating shifts
