Job Description

Specific responsibilities include safely running machines, reading factory orders, accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment, utilizing basic shop math, inspecting, counting and stacking product, accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions. Candidates must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities Include:

  • follow all safety rules and practices at all times;

  • learn customer requirements and specifications by reading factory work orders, print cards, and design specifications;

  • coordinating activities with other machine crew members to efficiently set up and run orders;

  • maintain quality and production standards as required by the company;

  • continually monitoring the quality and quantity of production;

  • maintain housekeeping continually during the assigned shift;

  • performing quality inspections and tests, and recording findings;

  • follow prescribed safe work practices in all circumstances; and

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.


  • 3-6 months’ hands on Industrial Plant manufacturing experience

  • Corrugated industry experience preferred

  • Sit down Forklift/pull pack experience preferred

  • Shipping/Receiving/RF scanning/order picker experience preferred

  • High school diploma / GED preferred

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Drug screen, health assessment, background and reference check

  • Employer will perform AON Operations test

Compensation: Minimum Salary $20.28/hour
