There is currently an opening for a Process/Human Resources Specialist at the Yuma, Container facility. The purpose of this position is to ensure administrative services are performed on a professional, continuing and consistent basis in the most efficient and expeditious manner possible. The Process/Human Resources Specialist will report directly to the Plant General Manager.

This position will work with Facility Management and HR Generalist to provide superior administrative and human resources support to our employees and the facility. This position will support a broad range of activities including:

  • Provide overall organization and consistency with front desk reception responsibilities.

  • Daily input of production information into SAP and excel spreadsheets.

*Assist with event planning for training, visitors, and reservations.

*Track and maintain the Hourly employee’s attendance program.

*Payroll processing backup.

*Maintain FMLA claims and tracking to be reported monthly to Sedgwick CMS and through SAP, communicate updates to ESC, management and supervisor concerning FMLA, LOA and Disability claims

*Employee engagement, Performance management, Recruitment and Selection, Affirmative Action Plan, Equal Employment, Employee Benefits, Compliance Tracking, Employee Self-service.

*Employment transactions in SAP and maintenance of personnel files


Successful candidate should have 2-3 years of administrative experience with some focus in HR as well as accounting, or customer service. Excellent computer skills (excel, word, PowerPoint). A Bachelor of Science Degree in human resources, business or a related field is preferred.
